Swansea flower delivery, we deliver fresh stunning beautiful bouquets and arrangements 6 days a week in and around the city in our specially designed vehicle which allows us to deliver your designs without any damage. If you would like to send flowers on the same day please order online or telephone 01792 799808 by 10am  Monday to Friday or 9am on Saturday.

We love flowers and we love our customers, we pay attention to every little detail, ensuring your delivery is perfect from start to finish.

Flower delivery 6 days a week except on special occasions such as Mothers Day and Valentines Day when we open on Sunday.    

Recipient not at home ?

If we make a delivery and the person is not home we try and leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place at their home (e.g. shed, garage, covered porch) and leave a calling card through the front door. On the rare occasion we cannot leave the flowers they will be returned to the shop. A calling card will be left telling the person to contact the shop. We will then make a further arrangement with the recipient. Depending how far away the delivery is we might be able to redeliver at our convenience; or the recipient/customer will be asked to collect their gift from our shop.

If you have any preference before a delivery is attempted please instruct us at time of order. We will not be held responsible if we have had to leave flowers at an address and it turns out to have been supplied incorrectly by the customer or if the recipient has gone away on holiday and the flowers have been left. It is considered the responsibility of the customer to supply correct address information and check the person is going to be in on the day of delivery.

Christmas,  Valentines, Mothers day weekend

Timed deliveries are not possible over these periods,  Funerals and weddings take precedence over all orders, however if you have put a note in requesting a time we do not ignore it and will try our best to accomodate you. Unfortunately we will never guarrantee a time over a peak period (if that is a problem maybe have it delivered a day early)  because of the way the routes are made up and volume of orders we are not even able to give an approximate time or even AM or PM but we will guarrantee a delivery attempt will be made on the day, if the recipient is not home and no neighbours are present or a safe place to leave is not available then they may have to be returned to the shop and either redelivered on the very last route of the day or the following day.
