Please note,  due to cirmcustances that may be beyond our control, sometimes there may be some changes to your orders, there may be supply issues that force us to use a SUBSTITUTE ITEM or FLOWER or COLOUR, in these circumstances we will endeavour to keep to your original request as close as possible, but at all times our skilled florists will always substitute for the same style, quality and value. There may be cases where the recipient is NOT AT HOME, we may leave with a neighbour or leave your order in a safe place or return it to the shop, we will leave a calling card at the address stating where the flowers are left, this may be for collection from our operating centre in Neath Abbey, SA10 7NA  We may be able to re-deliver on the next available delivery day. PLEASE specify if there are any flowers YOU cannot have, eg Lilies etc. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
